Beauty Therapist Urgently Required for SkinteX Aesthetic Clinic.
Must Be HND Qualified, Min 3 Years Work Experience.
SkinteX require a top quality Beauty Therapist for our new high-end Aesthetic Clinic, soon opening Southside, Glasgow.
Must be HND qualified in all beauty treatments, with a minimum of THREE years’ practical work experience, ONE of which MUST have been with a top quality salon/spa; an Aesthetic Clinic environment is even more desirable.
You would already have been on certificated training courses for top brands/products/equipment.
You will be performing: FACIALS, EYELASHES, EYEBROWS, MANIS/PEDIS, NAILS, BODY WRAPS, WAXING, MASSAGE, SPRAY TANNING, ETC.
This is a start-up business and you are starting as a Therapist, but the role also encompasses every aspect of any new start-up from cleaning right through being acting Clinic Manager.
You must be willing & able to grow into this Management position (you may have previously been Manager or run your own clinic/salon).
Other obvious duties include client care, reception, cash & invoicing, etc.
You must be IT & social media literate.
You will play a large role in contributing to the overall growth, success and performance of the business.
You must be able to sell all services & clinic products.
You must bring existing clients, as well as find & retain new ones.
You will need professionalism, exceptionally high standards, creativity, organisational skills, be numerate & literate, pay attention to the smallest detail, at the same time as being a very presentable, outstanding, high-end Therapist.
We are ready to open, but missing you, urgently! As a start-up business this is a challenging role for us both. We need your commitment, excitement, passion for beauty & total cooperation. As a start-up business, your starting salary is a basic, but the overall annual remuneration will consist of a benefits package+bonus+tips (for personal performance & contributing to business success, etc.), making your total package above average and very worthwhile, year on year. Hours are to be agreed, but flexibility is a must.
