Bar / Floor server at an award winning Young's pub, Mayfair

The Windmill is an award winning British food pub specializing in pies and real ales located in the heart of Mayfair.

A 5 minute walk to either Green park or Oxford circus Tube stations. We have a real mix of customers, being famous for pies we attract a lot of tourists as well as local business people of all age groups.

We have two pie rooms where we offer table service as well as a large bar area for drinkers. We also have our Sipsmith secret garden roof terrace which is extremely popular once the sun comes out to play.

Pay starts from £7.20 per hour depending on experience + good rate of gratuities.

39+ hours per week, mostly split shifts with usually 1 straight a week Monday - Friday.
Will be required to work every 1 in 2 weekends
28 days holiday.
20% discount in all Young's pubs.

Main Duties will include-
- Meeting, greeting and engaging with customers.
- Serving drinks from the bar as well as taking food orders. Waiting on tables in the pie rooms if previous experience allows.
- We like people with character so you enjoy meeting new people, delivering a fabulous experience and making people smile this is a job for you.
- A high level of spoken and written English is a must in order to complete the day to day job as well as training.
- Must also be confident and competent with the handling of cash. At least 1 year previous experience is preferable.
- Must also have a UK Bank account, National insurance card and be eligible to work in the UK.
