I bought this machine new from apple in 2008 and can honestly say its never let me down. I changed to an HP Envy in 2010 then two months ago I found this machine lurking in my office cupboard. I gave it a makeover, wiped it clean, upgraded the firmware, memory and replaced the battery and used it for a month ... then the Mac bug got me again ... bought a new MacBook Pro Retina from Apple and so this is, yet again, surplus to requirements - I'd rather sell it than stick it back in the office cupboard for another few years!
The original battery holds a charge for around two hours, although I do have a brand new battery you can have with it. The wifi got a little temperamental so I bought a 300mbps mini dongle which works fantastic - and its faster than the original wifi card that's inside. The overall condition is good, usual things to expect, as per photos. Screen is immaculate and everything works as it should, with the exception of the above.
The memory was £80 alone ... Battery £20.
I'm looking for £230 although will listen to sensible offers.
