I've had this computer since brand new and it's served me well. It comes installed with Mac OS X 10.6.8.
Unfortunately it doesn't come with a mouse or keyboard. SCREEN AND POWER CABLE ONLY.
As you can see in the pictures the screen has some shadowing/darkening on the sides and corners, as well the optical drive doesn't work. Besides those two things it is still in good working order. I was able to edit photos and browse the internet with no issues.
