Description
The laptop comes up with an error saying " operating system not found". Could be a simple fix by reinstalling operating system with disc or replacing the drive said the local technician which is fairly cheap on eBay or gumtree. But most likely a faulty BIOS chip which could be replaced by resoldering a new chip. It has an IDE hard drive inside. Can be used for parts instead, battery, screen, keyboard, charger all in good condition. Windows XP
