Description
Looking for a 2 bed house or flat as close to the CM20 Harlow area before 5th September 2016.
This will be for me and my 2 children (girl and boy).
I am full dss and have a guarantor in place. Willing to pay double deposit and be subject to extra terms in the contract. Can also get a reference from my current landlord which I have never been late with payments.
I am very house proud and keep things clean and tidy. I am willing to do some small diy jobs ie painting and decorating.
